Established in 2005 in Adelaide, South Australia, dgfurniture is now recognized as one of the leading furniture wholesalers and manufacturers in Australia, distributing to a wide variety customers nationally and internationally. Our state-of-art factories are dedicated to producing contemporary innovative high quality furniture. We have a young and passionate team of professionals determined to deliver an efficient and exceptional service.

Where is our head office located? Does it have a showroom?

Our head office is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

We have a showroom located in Adelaide, however, given our large range of furniture we are unable to display all items at any one time. Viewing of specific items can be arranged if required. If you would like to visit our showroom, please arrange an appointment with one of our sales representatives.

Do you have sales representative or agent I can speak with in my state?

Yes we do! We have sales representative in each state. We service our customers nationally and we pride ourselves in providing efficient friendly continual support to all our customers.

Do you offer an assembly service of the furniture?

Yes. Assembly service is currently available for Adelaide, South Australia customers only. This service is charged at an hourly rate. For further enquires regarding this service, please call our head office in South Australia.

What materials are the furniture made from?

Our furniture are made of natural timber veneer. If you would like see our sample materials available, simply click here and contact the closest representative near you.

There are other wholesalers / importers who offers similar furniture. What makes dare global furniture products different to others?

Our products are made of high quality materials and fittings, up-to-date designs, with the most popular and latest colours. Other imported furniture may look similar, but take a slightly closer look and you will notice the difference in our quality.

Having our own factory means that you are buying direct, we cut out a number of middle-men and give you the best price possible.

What warranty does the furniture come with?

Our furniture comes with a 12 months warranty. The sofa ranges have a five year structural warranty and 12months warranty on leather, foam and stitching.

Can I custom make furniture to suit my individual needs?

We provide custom-made furniture design service for customers who require a specific product. Conditions Apply.

How difficult is it to assemble your furniture?

Our furniture comes either flat packed or fully assembled. All flat packed items come with easy to read instructions and you only need basic hand tools to assemble.

How do I care for my furniture?

Wipe down the furniture with a damp cloth only. Never use chemicals as they are too harsh on the veneer and over time may damage the finish.

Does the furniture scratch easy?

No, not if you correctly maintain the furniture.

Can I put hot items on the furniture or will it leave stain marks?

Never place hot items on the furniture as it may damage the high quality veneer finish.

Will the furniture damage my floors?

All our products come with rubber footings, so it will not scratch most floor surfaces.

What if I require product parts because it is either missing or damaged? What should i do?

If there are any items that needs replacing, please contact our head office within 7days of receipt of goods.

Do you provide delivery services? And how much would this service cost?

Yes we do. Freight costs vary depending on the size of your order and your delivery location. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to provide you with any freight costs applicable.

What are the lead times for customers to receive the furniture?

If the product is available in stock, dispatch will be approximately 1-2 weeks from when order is placed. Conditions apply. For further enquires regarding product lead times, please call our head office in South Australia.

Which freight company do you use?

We use a number of reliable furniture freight companies to ensure your furniture gets delivered on time and in excellent condition. Delivery times will vary depending on order.

What if my furniture is faulty or damaged on delivery?

We provide a 7 days 100% replacement guarantee. Conditions apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What happens if my furniture arrives damaged from transit?

We require your signature next to “subject to further inspection” when receiving your order. This signature covers you of any damages that may occur during delivery.

Once you receive your order, it is important that you open the boxes to inspect the furniture. If there are any damages, you must inform our head office in South Australia within 7 days of receiving the goods. To fast track this process, please also provide photographic evidence of the product item and its packaging, and email the photos to us as well at customerservice@dgfurniture.com.au.

Is the furniture checked carefully before dispatch?

Majority of furniture is checked carefully by our warehouse team before dispatch.

Where are the products dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched from our South Australia, Adelaide warehouse.
